PsySSA Gauteng Branch Activity: Revisiting ADHD

On Saturday, 29th February 2020, the PsySSA Gauteng Branch hosted a workshop, at the PsySSA Offices, titled, “Revisiting ADHD” which was presented by Dr Lynne Holmes, Chairperson of the Society for Educational Psychology of South Africa.

The workshop was robust with participants enjoying the content and the critical and fun approach to ADHD. The PsySSA Gauteng Branch looks forward to hosting more workshops that will be to the benefit of its members.

5th National Autism & SA-ACAPAP Symposium – Call For Abstracts

The Institute of Psychology & Wellbeing (North-West University) in partnership with Autism South Africa and the South African Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions will be hosting the 5th National Autism Symposium on the 25th – 27th June 2020.

You are invited to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentations. Our theme this year is Step Ahead on Emotional Regulation. Abstracts focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders as well as child and adolescent mental health will be welcomed.
