I am a Registered Counsellor & Psychometrist in private practice. As a Registered Counsellor I focus mainly on the palliative psychosocial support of adults and children diagnosed with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions. I work as a member of a multidisciplinary palliative care team based in Stellenbosch, as well as a paediatric palliative care team at Tygerberg Hospital. This has allowed me to gain on-the-ground knowledge and experience regarding the need for access to psychosocial support even to the end of life. As a psychometrist my interest lies in the development of a career identity and I offer career assessment and guidance to adolescents and adults.
