HPCSA Practitioner Change Readiness Survey 2025

We kindly invite you to complete the survey attached to the link below.

The Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) is continuing in its efforts to ensure that it provides effective and efficient services to its practitioners. With the recent upgrades conducted on the Oracle Service Cloud system, the upgrades will be beneficial for practitioners in ensuring that the services are automated, and accessible at anytime.

The HPCSA is conducting a survey to gauge how practitioners and other users are experiencing the system. As we continue with the developments, it is vital to determine awareness of the online services and any challenges that users may be experiencing.

We value your feedback, and we are committed to using the feedback to improve developments.
