About the Role
Medilink International is a leading provider of medical services supporting clients in remote and challenging environments, including the mining, oil & gas, and energy sectors.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing essential psychological support to personnel operating in these environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver psychological assessment and counselling services
- Provide mental health support in remote and high-pressure environments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Promote psychological wellbeing and resilience among clients
Contract & Benefits
- 1-year contract
- 2-week rotation (every other month)
- Travel insurance, accommodation, meals, and transportation provided

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ counselling experience
- Experience working with Chinese communities (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to work in remote and demanding environments
