Jade Morkel holds a Master of Psychology (Research) from the University of the Western Cape. She is a Junior Researcher at the UNISA’s Institute for Social and Health Sciences – South African Medical Research Council (ISHS – SAMRC). Her research interests include; Community Psychology, Community-based participatory research methods, Violence prevention and safety promotion. She is passionate about using research as a tool to privilege community voices from the margins.
