I write to thank you for sending me the latest edition of the newsletter PsyTalk, and of course the lovely certificate affording me full membership of the Psychological Society of South Africa.
This is a very kind gesture and one for which I have sincere appreciation. I am flattered to have been made a member of the Psychological Society. It is indeed an honour and I am truly grateful.
I have arranged for the certificate to be framed and look forward to displaying it on my office wall.
With my best wishes.

I attended the Psychometry refresher workshop held on the 16th of March 2002 and would like to thank PsySSA and especially Ms Kasthuri Nainaar who presented the workshop. It met my needs and expectations and surely helped me tremendously in my preparation for the Psychometry exam. It also gave me the opportunity to get the big picture of the content we had to learn and prepare for the exam. I also enjoyed the fact that one could communicate one’s own uncertainties as well as expectations for the future with fellow psychometrists and potential psychometrists. I managed to pass the exam with the help of this particular workshop. So, if you are thinking of writing the exam for registration as a psychometrist or as a registered counsellor in Psychometry, make a note of the next refresher workshop.
